Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Evoka Journal application ("the App") operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the App.

2. Use of the App

Evoka Journal is a personal journaling tool. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and data. We are not liable for any loss of data that is stored locally on your device.

3. Beta Access

Evoka may currently be in beta. You acknowledge that the App may contain bugs, errors, and other problems that could cause system or other failures and data loss. We may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding content provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Evoka Journal and its licensors.

5. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any material changes taking effect.
